Upon accessing Yelp and detailing the services I needed. I was pleasantly surprised by an immediate response from the owner/operator of All Around Handyman, who requested that I select and schedule a date and time on his calendar which I did. Chad arrived ten-minutes early with a big smile on his face. I found him to be knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. As well as a very resourceful handyman. It was refreshing to meet a friendly handyman with a downhome attitude who shares a similar outdoor lifestyle as I. I hadn't laughed so much as a resident of Sioux Falls. Chad was precise as he measured, eyed, marked and hung a 3-piece Glass Wall Sconce Set on wall behind dining room table. Also, hung pictures on walls behind/above living room couch, the fireplace, office desk and bedroom headboard. Placement of these pictures made the apartment more attractive with a homey vibe. Now Chad is my go-to person for apartment services.

When you get an estimate with no breakdown where this total price is coming from and are just told a an amount with tax. That is not a trusting estimate.

They literally expect you to sit around and wait for them. Like take a half of day off of work??, or out of your schedule?? because THEY mismanaged their time? On another note, it was $380 to clean slime out of ONE bathroom sink drain!! Yes, I said $380. Shop around or DIY because they are gouging you!! Called for a quote and a time for service. Price was extremely reasonable for a blue collar 1 income household of 4! They said they could be here in about an hour, 20 minutes later the van pulled into the driveway! That was awesome! Jamison, our drain tech did a great job cleaning out our sewer drain! He located the clog 30 feet in and continued to clear the drain for the entire 100 feet! Never thought a clear drain would make us so happy, but here we are and I can't rave enough.
