I was visiting my family in NJ from Las Vegas where I currently live and had a dental emergency-a huge abscess had formed over half of my mouth/teeth on the plane ride over! Very scary--I had never experienced such a dramatic infection and was quite frightened after I went to urgent care and they advised me to see a dentist as soon as possible. My brother and sister-in-law go to this practice, which is a father-and-son pair. My care was with the son, Dr. Kotsopey. He meticulously drained the abscess with skill and precision and used various techniques in doing that to make the wound open to "air the infection out." He seemed very personally invested in my experience, as I made him aware that soon I would be traveling to SE Asia. To be as thorough in my care process as possible, he was adamant that I see him for a followup the next week to see how I had been healing. His team followed up with me and sent all the notes over to my dentist in Las Vegas. Dr. Kotsopey attended to my dental emergency crisis with skill, ease, and arguably more importantly: kindness, responsiveness, and sensitivity to the emotional trauma I was experiencing. His thoroughness and strong urging for me to come back for a followup the next week to make sure "I would be in PERFECT shape before I go to Asia," made me aware that this dentist truly cared about my well being in the context of my travels. THANK YOU, Dr. Kotsopey, for your highly professional and responsive treatment to my needs during this trying dental emergency when I was out of state. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in the area. The entire team is truly a diamond in the rough. If I lived in the Hamilton/Trenton area, this dentist would be mine hands down.

I had an amazing experience with Dr Artani at Thrive Dental Wellness. She was very approachable and…read moreeasy to talk to. I was able to find her on Instagram/Facebook. I was able to do all the paperwork conveniently online before my appointment. Her approach to dentistry was a very refreshing outlook where she looked for the why & ways to prevent issues and approached dentistry with the whole body view in a holistic way. She explained everything in an extremely easy way to understand and digest. She was understanding of my concerns and what my goals were for my teeth. Her "comfort menu" offered at the beginning of the appointment was helpful in creating a relaxing environment (I've never seen this before). The overall office was top notch. They gave a full tour of the office instead of just taking me to my room which was so comforting. She had many alternative methods in her way to approach dentistry including ways of taking X-rays including CBCT. The new initial patient exam was informative & she explained the results in detail and how I can improve my dental, airway & sleep health. She tested my oxygen levels and airway as I was having breathing issues during sleep. Explained next steps in helping me with my airway and sleep. I elected to get Invisalign & the equipment she used (I believe called iTero) was comforting and quick to get instant feedback (no impressions needed). Everything was done right there on the spot and she showed how Invisalign can make my smile the way I want. Dr Artani offered traditional & alternative ways to getting fillings and explained me my options. I will definitely be bringing my kids here as well after Dr Artani explained about HealthyStart which will help my kids with early guided growth and sleeping/open mouth breathing issues. Front desk was friendly & helpful in processing payment and made it convenient to schedule any additional appointments needed. Ample parking available and located on the first floor. Highly recommend Dr Artani at Thrive Dental Wellness.

I have to mention the couches, they are so comfortable. Her staff always takes care of my needs and I always feel relaxed before any procedure. Dr Sloane is the best dentist I have ever let work on my teeth. She always listens to my concern about an issue first then we discuss what is the best solution. Dr Sloane always makes sure that I am comfortable and ready for the procedure before she begins. I had 8 fillings and 3 caps that needed replacing when I walked in her office. She has the technology to make cap replacement and tooth restoration so easy and convenient for me. Each tooth took about 2 hrs to replace. I thought that the technology she uses to fix my teeth was amazing. I actually love going to the dentist because I know that Dr Sloane and her staff are going to take care of me which is a rare treat.

Regardless of your dentist, if you are seeking a provider of dental sleep medicine I cannot…read morerecommend Dr. Ahuja enough. Don't get me wrong, she is a great dentist: passionate about patient care, extremely meticulous, and highly intelligent; and while I use her for all my dental needs, it is her treatment of my sleep apnea that motivates me to make the two hour round trip from Philadelphia for my care. If you are interested in more details, I was diagnosed with sleep apnea in my late twenties and had been on the CPAP machine for years. My pulmonologist recommended a person - I won't mention his name but he dedicates his entire CENTRAL JERSEY practice to DENTAL SLEEP MEDICINE. My experience was awful: the mouth guard he created didn't fit property, it was painful to wear, and didn't treat my symptoms. After weeks of getting nowhere with him I threw it in the garbage and went back on the CPAP. A few years later I started seeing Dr. Ahuja for general dental work and mentioned this experience. She really wanted me to give a dental appliance another try but I had no interest; however after some prodding and offering to only charge for the lab fees I gave it another go. The first thing I noticed is Dr. Ahuja mixed her plaster by hand instead of using the pre-made stuff. Secondly, she carefully examines the mold and if it is not to her standard she will redo it (she did my top teeth twice to get a perfect impression). One week later I got the mouth guard and it fit absolutely perfectly. Ever since that day I have been off the CPAP. In attempt to give a complete and honest review, I will mention one potential negative. Unlike the so called expert I initially visited, Dr. Ahuja only handles dental insurance, not medical. Therefore if you are trying to get the appliance covered by insurance, you would have to attempt that on your own. That being said, her prices are extremely reasonable; and considering the product she produces, worth every single penny. If you have sleep apnea and are a candidate for an oral appliance for treatment, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you consult with Dr. Ahuja.
