Aspen Dental Beavercreek put crowns on my molars in summer 2025. one of them came off Friday…read moreafternoon and I immediately called them and left a voicemail about it and ask they call back ASAP. didn't call back until Monday at 10:30 am with 1st available on Wednesday at 10 am. I explained to them what happened and that I didn't have the crown, along with being painful to eat. Went in today, they took an xray of the molar. Dentist came in took a look, asked if I had the crown, explained that I didn't, asked when it came off, told him Friday. He stated he needed to talk with the head dentist, Dr Shaw. 10 minutes later, the assistant manager came in and said since a previous dentist had done the work, I would need to go to that location, as the dentist had moved. Asked why I wasn't informed Monday when I called, as the other office is 35 minutes (compared to 10). Assistant manager said the office staff doesn't know this info. i said that was inexcusable as all the info is in my file. there Was no apology from any of them. The receptionists, hygienists, assistants, and doctors are always friendly, considerate, and highly skilled at what they do.
