Upon arrival, we followed the office's request to call first, and we were welcomed in right away. The nurses and doctors were ready for us, and the entire visit took less than 30 minutes. Scheduling the next appointment was just as smooth--the receptionist was wonderful, and we even shared a good laugh over something silly I said. She promptly sent over the new patient documentation, which, while tedious, is a standard step at any office. The facility is bright, clean, and inviting. My little one was especially fascinated by the fish tank in the lobby, which made waiting a breeze. The staff was incredibly patient and interactive--exactly what you need for a toddler's first dental experience. The dentist was very informative and even taught me things I didn't know, like the importance of flossing for a two-year-old. As a first-time parent, I truly appreciated the guidance. Most importantly, my child left happy! We'll be back in six months for our next visit. When you find a great office, you have to share--so I highly recommend checking them out!

The staff were so welcoming and patient with my son. They made him feel comfortable while remaining professional and detailed in their work. Dr. Grant is very polite and explained everything well to me of what to expect during the visit and recommendations for at-home care. I am so happy I found this gem, I wish I could be a patient, too! (Lol) Safe to say my son won't be afraid for future dental appointments like one expects children to be. Definitely found the one

But a week later I got a call back from them and they said that they recently added themselves to our network, which was very nice of them to do. The day of the visit Dr. Grant and Toothling were great with my sons first dental visit. The office was beautifully decorated and is nothing like your traditional dental office. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The exam it self was fast as expected bc my son wasn't having it. But Dr. Grant was informative in explaining what we needed to do. In the end they took a Polaroid photo of us and handed us a bag of goodies for my son. To our surprise a few days after the visit we got a thank you card in the mail with the Polaroid picture they took of us. Very nice touch!

My wife found Milk Tooth, so credit where it's due. I was the skeptical one. Our previous pediatric…read moredentist had all the usual five star credentials, so when she told me she'd found somewhere better, I did what any rational husband does when confronted with suspicious optimism, I sent one of the kids in first. Consider the experiment concluded. We've been back enough times now that this isn't first visit enthusiasm. Milk Tooth is simply excellent. And the reason isn't some expensive mural, a television hanging from the ceiling or a treasure box strategically deployed after somebody survives a cleaning. It's the people. Every single person we've dealt with has been genuinely kind. Not customer service kind. Not scripted cheerful. Not the slightly terrifying pediatric office version of enthusiasm where everybody speaks three octaves too high because a child has entered the building. They're just warm, patient human beings who seem to enjoy being around kids. That distinction matters. My children are two and four. At that age, you can build the most beautiful dental office in California and they still reserve the right to decide the entire enterprise is bullshit within about eleven seconds. Milk Tooth understands this. The experience begins before anyone gets near a tooth. There are things to play with. The rooms feel comfortable rather than clinical. Nobody seems irritated when a child needs another minute. Nobody treats the parent like luggage that came attached to the patient. Even when the place is busy, it never feels chaotic. They gave me the full tour even though my wife had already been there, which I appreciated more than I probably should have. Then somebody asked me if I want coffee or tea and at that point I thought these people understand the assignment. Because pediatric dentistry is partly dentistry and partly hospitality. You're not simply cleaning a tiny set of teeth. You're introducing a human being to an institution they may have to visit for the next eighty years. Screw up the beginning badly enough and somebody spends half their adulthood white knuckling an armrest every six months. Get the beginning right and the dentist becomes wonderfully boring. Milk Tooth gets the beginning right. The staff explains things. They give the kids room. They somehow manage to be playful without turning the whole thing into a circus. The environment is thoughtful without feeling designed by a committee that googled "what do children like?" And watching my kids become comfortable there has been the thing that sold me. I'm stingy with five stars because five stars should mean something. It should mean I'd recommend a place without inserting some annoying little disclaimer afterward. No disclaimer here. My wife was right. I love this place.

The office was extremely busy, but she and the other front office staff are very professional. And I have had horrible experiences with front office staff at other Western Dental locations. The other young lady that took my x-rays was fantastic, professional and courteous as well. This office is very modern, clean with the looks of modern, updated technology. I have my first official appointment for service in a couple of weeks and hope to continue this great experience at this location.

The most horrific dental experience of my life! The front office people are professional and this…read moreis where it ends! I went back 3,times before receiving help. Each dentist was worse than the one before. They were all unprofessional, talking down to me as a client, even saying racist comments like "you people" should take care of your teeth better. That was the first dentist. He is here making money from our insurance and didn't have enough professionalism to introduce himself. The second dentist was a female dentist who simply walked out of the room when I said I didn't have 3,000.00 to put down on an implant that day. I told her I wanted to save the tooth. I was told to come back. All this time, I was in pain. I come back a week later to see another dentist to extract the tooth. Now, here is when I experienced the most uncompassionate, unprofessional health personnel that I have ever met. Certainly, this person has no concept of how compassion is used to facilitate a sensitive and painful situation. This dentist did not want to wait for the Novocain to take effect. She was trying to rush the extraction which was very, very painful! I asked her to wait and she persisted and I had to block her attempt!!!! This is the only method that made her stop. I begged her to give another injection and wait to completely numb the site. She waited only another 8-10 minutes then resumed. It was still very painful and I could tell that she was rushing! She plopped the tooth out, dropped it on the table and left!!! Horrible attitude, no bedside manners ! Dr. Frankenstein from Pakistan. I will file a complaint with the American Dental Association. Dentistry is all about the money first in this place. There is a strong presence of racism and classism! Note: the assistants are good people and pretty well trained; however, they are afraid of their "superior" minded dentists! I wouldn't go here! I would even go to Mexico, Panama, Turkey, etc. the next time before going here! Buyer Beware
