Erica is incredibly intuitive and has a unique ability to help navigate whatever heaviness you are carrying. She takes the time to truly listen, understand and then guides you through the areas that need attention. Rather than telling you what you are feeling, she helps you discover it for yourself. Things came up that I didn't even realize I had been holding onto, and she helped me release emotions and energy that had been weighing me down. I had been carrying emotional weight for months, and I walked out of my session feeling like a rejuvenated woman. I felt lighter, more motivated, and experienced a release from the overwhelming thoughts and heaviness I had been carrying. She also gave me individualized tools to continue my healing and nervous system reset journey beyond the session. What I truly appreciate about Erica is how safe she makes you feel. Things I have felt embarrassed or vulnerable to say out loud, even with my own therapist, I felt completely comfortable sharing with her. She is a safe space. Her warmth, personality and genuine care make it easy to open up and do the deeper work. Erica is incredibly gifted, and I believe that she meets you exactly where you are. An experience that I believe we can only live once in a life time. I was extremely lucky that the "guide" on this journey was Jeff Williams. Otherwise I could have never made it. Three years ago I came to him because I was hurting very badly but I was ready to work. From day one Jeff has been there for me with all his arsenal and trust me Mr. Williams has the kind of knowledge and skills that are rare to find. I am sure that there are a lot of therapists that have got the brain for the job but it's much less common to encounter those who also have the heart for it. Jeff is a unique individual who has both. And when you have a guy like that in your corner you have all the chances to get there where you want to get. Good luck!

She also recommended my husband & I take a restraining course for when our 9 year old was not cooperating & that we lock her in her room. We really needed professional advice & seeing her was a complete waste of time. Not to mention whenever something came up with one of her kids she would cancel our appt. DO NOT see her! Aside from that, I only made one apt. and before I even saw her she texted me 45 min before the apt to say she was sorry but she was running 15 minutes late, see you at 10:30. There was no "is that ok" it seemed as if she just assumed I was sitting around with nothing else better to do. Very impersonal. When she arrived after me (I was only 3 min early and standing in hall as the door was locked) she stated "did you get my text" all I said was yes...not sure what the issue was there...then she stated that her morning has been very hectic already etc. I am sorry but I am not there to learn that her day is hectic, I am there to get a handle on MY extremely hectic life... I left stating no worries I will find another therapist I'm just not comfortable giving over a credit card, when I know my insurance will cover this. I had to insist that it really was no big deal and that I wanted to leave...so upon leaving she said "Good luck" .... Me thinks she lacks people skills.
