But she can't get me in for 2 weeks. Will get me in if there is a cancellation. She called the next day. I couldn't make it. We did "discuss" my consult. I assured her any other day was good. She called. They can fit me in Monday, but they need $80 from me. "Don't you file with my insurance?" "Yes we do but" I called MetLife to make sure this "consult" was covered, mentioned that Dr Loftis wanted $80 from me PLUS what they were paying. "What? What for? For a consult?" I'm a retired RN and I can't answer WHY they want $80+ the amount from MetLife. The Rep figures out my Deductible: "No, for a Consult & Plan of Care, we allow $85, you should only be paying $7 Have them call us". $80 to talk to any medical professional on my plans is a Scam. The Rep suggested a different DDS, He's RIGHT!

This staff is highly skilled, caring, and knowledgeable, and willing to answer all of your questions. Finally, I felt very comfortable during my visit and enjoyed chatting with the staff, making it a wonderful experience, something that is a bit unusual for a trip to the dentist. I am supposed to be in pain for 2 weeks because they screwed up the work they did? Now I have to pay another dentist to fix their screw up! This office should be ashamed or better yet, just shut down. They charged me, screwed up the job then said I had to suffer from their malpractice for 2 weeks. IT would be funny if I wasn't in pain.
