Meanwhile my bathtub has been hemorrhaging probably hundreds of gallons over 3 days. They finally arrived on Tuesday around 11, pushed past me at my own front door and began demanding payment immediately before performing any work. I asked him to communicate with the home owner (who I had standing by on the phone), which he refused to do, then left abruptly hurling profanity, yelling insults, and driving excessively fast down the culdesac. My Ring camera captured it all. I can't believe the level of abuse and completely unjustified rage and unprofessional conduct. I'll be uploading to youtube. I'm legitimately concerned about the mental health and anger management issues of the owner, I think his name is Chad.
