We cannot recommend Justin Plumbing highly enough!…read more After our main water line burst, we were without water for 36 hours. We initially called another plumbing company that came out, charged us for the visit, couldn't locate the leak, and told us we'd need to hire a separate leak detection company before they could even begin repairs. Then we called Justin Plumbing, and the experience was completely different. Their consultation was free, and Justin and his crew found the leak almost immediately. They clearly explained the problem, walked us through all of our repair options, and showed us exactly what needed to be done. The repair was extensive, requiring concrete to be cut and removed before fixing the broken main water line, but they handled everything efficiently and professionally. To top it off, their quote was nearly half the price of the first company, and they completed the work much faster than we expected. Throughout the entire process, Justin and his team were honest, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly professional. It's rare to find a company that combines fair pricing, excellent communication, and quality workmanship so well. If you're looking for a trustworthy plumber, Justin Plumbing is the company to call. We are so grateful for their outstanding service and would recommend them without hesitation!

Very Disappointing Experience with Total Plumbing…read more I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Total Plumbing. They came out twice to address a plugged toilet and bathtub, and after spending approximately $1,500, the problem was still not fixed. To make matters worse, they recommended an additional service to remove calcium buildup for an extra $1,200. Fortunately, I decided to have another plumbing company take a look before agreeing to spend even more money. The second company did find some calcium buildup, but not nearly enough to justify the expensive service Total Plumbing recommended. Even more concerning, they couldn't guarantee that this additional service would actually fix the problem. It is incredibly frustrating to spend that kind of money and still have the same problem, only to be advised to spend another $1,200 on a service with no assurance it would work. I had to seek a second opinion because the issue remained unresolved despite two visits and a substantial bill. Unfortunately, my experience was not what I expected from a professional plumbing company. Customers deserve honest recommendations, clear answers, and problems that are actually resolved--not repeated visits, mounting costs, and expensive services that may not even solve the issue. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Total Plumbing.

Susan is the main point-of-contact and she is delightful and a great liaison between Travis's crews in the field and the business side of estimates, scheduling, and more. She understands the level of panic you might be going through if you have an emergent issue, and as well, I've had an issue that was a "pie in the sky... could you possibly tackle this" type of assignment, and sure enough, they did, and did it well. I'll always hire them in the future in San Luis Obispo County.
