My husband had a colonoscopy in July 2025 and was unable to get a post-op follow up appt until January 2026. When he reported severe symptoms, the office sent him an email with 3 levels of over the counter meds to try. The instruction was if no improvement in 8 weeks call us. This has been the worst perioperative care I've experienced as a patient/nurse. There are other practices in the Valley. Choose wisely and don't go here. We also tried to see another GI practice - GI United (not part of Eisenhower) and the practice refused to give us an appt since we started with Eisenhower. I never write reviews however this level of care has been extremely distressing. We are going to reach out to Loma Linda for follow up care.

More than once he was an hour late for my appointment but would come thru front office door with Starbucks in hand and never any explanation as to why he was late, never an "I'm sorry I'm late". The straw that broke the camel's back was after I had reminded him that I woke up a couple of times during colonoscopy and upper GI procedures and needed constant monitoring during those procedures, he assured me he could handle it on his own. Two weeks later at my procedure, I did in fact wake up with the scope in my esophagus and immediately starting moving around a lot while trying to breathe. His response, as told to me by other professionals who were in the room, was that he was so mad that he pulled the scope out and threw it on my chest, then left the procedure room with the procedure unfinished. Could anyone be more rude, especially since I had advised him what could happen without someone monitoring me closely. I found a new GI doc, wouldn't you?

He has performed two colonoscopy procedures on me and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of care. There was never any pain and it was amazing how I was in the operating room and the nurse said we are going to start the medicine now and in 5 seconds I was out cold. The next thing I knew I was in the recovery room and i opened my eyes and a nurse said we are all done now, you can go home. Afterwards there was no discomfort of any kind. I highly reccomend Dr. Curry.

I was happy I got the appt. needed the next day to get in to see Randy since I was having pain in my gut and looking for some assistance in what to do. I found him to be rude & very condescending as soon as i walked in telling me I should have a colonoscopy without even looking at other tests or possibilities for my symptoms. He had an annoyed expression on his face when I kindly questioned some aspects of what he wanted to proceed with. I found him to be curt & a terrible listener. Isn't that a pre-requisite to become a health care provider ? He definitely missed his calling.
