These guys are what a good business should be. SO VERY…read moresuper honest. They fixed a water issue we were having after we had been without water for quite a few days. (Thinking shallow well/drought .. ypu name it.) After they came out and fixed one issue the owner contacted us later in the evening to ensure things were going well. When a few days later we were back to no water again, they again came out immediately. Our issue was... something. Lol. It Involved a lot of work to figure it out. And, it was all done to avoid a new well. (Process of elimination). My husband ended up helping the owner and his main man with lots of digging and tree removal, and they were extremely thankful. The three worked together so well and honestly, It was a beautiful thing to watch the three Sharing each others knowledge and strengths. Eventually, They were able to determine our issue and fix it. Their honesty is immeasurable, for they could have simply stated a new well was needed by this point. Again, the owner reached out to us a few times after the work was done to make sure all was still working correctly. These two were friendly, humorous, went above and beyond. Returned our initial inquiry telephone calls promptly!! Their pricing was very fair and reasonable. Sympathetic, jovial, hard working, personable .. When we need a well- they WILL BE the ones to call. And WILL be the ones we call when any issues arise. We refer them to everyone who is in need. I agree with the other commentor who left a review here. HH Garrison and Sons deserves a HECK of a lot more than the 5 star option. If they see this- We haven't forgotten your invite to the "Well, there goes her favorite tree" bonfire in the future. We appreciate you.

My parents woke up this morning with NO water in their home. Within just 30 minutes, D'Agostino's…read moreWater Solutions arrived to the house. They worked on their system for about three hours. My parents needed a new holding tank, regulator, switch, faucet... and other parts that they had with them for the repair. We joked about the last time they were to the house... over 34 years ago. They installed the well over 34 years ago!!! I'd say that my parents got their money out of the equipment!!! At that rate, my parents may no longer need their services, but I will recommend them to anyone that asks. From the initial phone call, to the call back, to the professional technicians, to the personal experience, I can't say enough about this business!! They took a terrible morning and turned it into a wonderful afternoon!! So thankful for their prompt assistance.

I can't say enough about Bart. Incredibly professional and speedy. I closed on my home in June 2021…read moreand needed a chlorination of the well as it came positive with some bacteria. Bart submitted a proposal at a reasonable cost well before closing as part of the closing requirement and called me to let me know it was submitted. Immediately after closing I called Bart and as I was living some 50 minutes away I left him with my door key pad code and allowed access to complete the work. It didn't take very long to have the chlorination completed. As I'm pulling up he was already wrapping up and was the most jolly man I could've expected. We showed him the video of my sons reaction to seeing the house for the first time and becoming very emotional with joy. Bart was so touched by this he actually worked with his company admin to prepare a special gift basket for my son featuring his favorite superhero, Spider-Man, some pijamas, a lamp, a bed set with converter and the works. It was delivered in person by the admin and we are so overjoyed and satisfied by this. It came from their hearts and Bart has a special place in our hearts and home. As long as Al's waterpump exists I will not work with any other specialist. I already have some additional work I am saving up for as Bart will be upgrading our pump system and we look forward to working with him for many years to come. Thank you so much for making this such a positive impact in our lives and your generosity. You didn't need to gift my son anything and it came from your heart to do so. It wasn't expected by us and we don't expect it in the future. It will not be forgotten. Thank you so much Bart and Als waterpump.
