Our family owns a commercial shopping center in the area. For many years, Mission Security has been…read moreour local security firm. We see them as one of our most valued business partners. Mission Security's work has had a significant impact on the quality and safety of our center. As landlords, we want the center to be a welcoming and safe environment for our tenants and their customers. Mission Security's patrols, responsiveness to tenant calls, incident reports and property walks with ownership have all improved the quality of our center. We deeply value the incident reports Mission Security sends. These incident reports enable us to feel connected to the property even when we are not able to be physically onsite. Mission Security is often the first vendor to notify us of a problem. This could be an individual in mental crisis threatening the patrol officer or a customer, a broken lock, a broken planter, gates or doors being left unlocked, abandoned property or graffiti. These incident reports are invaluable. They enable us to work with local law enforcement to ban individuals who threaten the safety of our community members, to quickly have the graffiti removed, and replace a broken planter. Our goal is for the center to be a place where people are happy and feel relaxed when bringing their family members. A place where you can feel safe going to the grocery store, picking up a prescription or grabbing an ice cream with your child or grandchild. The experience we want for our tenants and their customers is only possible because of the work Mission Security does. Their ongoing work is creating a safer and better environment for the community.

SecurePro has been a phenomenal security company to work with, especially as a new business owner…read more I share a parking lot with them, so they were the first company I contacted when shopping around for security systems installation. Not only were they the best available price, but were able to get things set up very quickly. They are always available if issues arise (always my fault, nothing wrong with the system), and have reached out on numerous occasions to check that everything is working and to our satisfaction. For me, being able to talk to experienced personnel, who are familiar with our system, and not dealing with a remote call center is very important, and they have excelled in that aspect. Jason, who is part of their support staff, went out of his way to help with a minor issue I was having in real time, and fixed the problem. He even personally walks packages and mail over to our location if they are delivered to their unit instead of ours. The installation technician Tyler was extremely helpful in setting up our system, and took additional time to walk me through the system and it's functions, including how the sensors work, where they are placed, and the control panel and remote app to ensure that I was able to use the system properly. Finally, the sales manager Lina, has been beyond helpful with making sure our needs are met when it comes to security, and has followed up with us regarding potential issues to ensure we are satisfied with everything. They are awesome neighbors and a great company if you are considering security system needs.
