We left a jacket at the hotel but were already back in California when we noticed. She went back out to Anna Maria island and mailed it to us. She is a very good driver and a very good person. If you use her, you will feel safe and well taken care of. When I called around for a driver, some companies were talking badly about some of the other companies, I guess in hopes to scare up business. This was not the case with Kelly, she has integrity.

Kelly was recommended by someone who had ridden with her once. I would have been a new client. I…read morescheduled a ride for doctor's appt on Tuesday & Thursday. On Monday night at 10:17 PM she texts to ask how long I would be, etc. Then on Tuesday so called that she was delayed at the airport & having trouble getting me another ride for me. Luckly, I was able to locate my own ride for Tuesday. On Wednesday, I sent a reminder text re pick up the next day. She sent a "yes" back, then text me after midnight (12:09) to ask the same questions. Then at 1:35 AM a text awakes me...Kelly had scheduled with another driver & told me to negotiate price with him. I had to reschedule today's doctor for 7 weeks from today because of her. Forget it! I would not recommend her service. This is horrible business practice and just plain rude to call someone that late.
