We were in need of a ride to and from Tampa International Airport from St. Pete and could not find a car service who provided a car seat for our baby. That's when I found CJ and we never looked back. CJ made the booking process easy and seamless as can be. And stayed in constant communication leading up to our reservation. CJ not only tracked our flights but was willing to be flexible when some of our flights experienced delays. CJ was on time and provided a helping hand loading and unloading our luggage in the car. I will absolutely be using Navigating The Bay for all future needs. Thanks again, CJ!

In the beginning the communication was good and we confirmed the ride the day before. The morning of the pickup we were already outside with luggage, wedding dress at 4am. Eight minutes past our pickup time I texted and called with no answer or reply. I called 3 more times between 4:08 and 4:23 with no answer. We were forced to call an uber that was 30 min away. With a very long travel day ahead of us and the added stress of making it to the airport in time was not how we wanted to start our day. One and half hours later i finally received several calls from Joseph. 12 calls back to back. I texted him back and told him we were in a Uber and had nothing to say to him. I had to tell him twice to stop calling me. He said he had an emergency with his daughter and didn't have his phone with him. He did offer to pay for our uber and give us a free ride when we returned but after this first experience we are not willing to give Tuffys a second chance. Plus, uber was cheaper.

Missed our flight due to utter incompetence on this company's part!…read more Our pre-booked car cancelled on us last-minute so we were scrambling to find someone else. This company states they could be with us in an hour. Called back and re-estimated it to be 45 minutes. He made sure we would use the service as the driver was traveling to us. We promised and stopped our search. After almost an hour we call to check and are told it would be another 20 minutes. Takes almost double that so by the time she's there we already know we'll never make it. The driver stated that the dispatch "didn't account for traffic". Their words! Lady was nice but her car stunk like cigarettes and I got a terrible headache from the stench. $1k later we are on a later flight. Received a request to give feedback and send a simple message stating what happened and they send me a nasty message telling me the driver was on time (100% not true) and to book ahead next time (we did!), then conceded and stated they "did their best". Rude and dishonest and unprofessional. AVOID!!!
