The level of assistance that I have received from my personal trainer, as well as the other trainers and club manager is unsurpassed. Now that I have been accepted as a regular, I find a welcoming atmosphere from other patrons, encouraging and willing to assist if asked. This is something that does not exist in other locations that I have visited and utilized in the past. Although some of the equipment is dated, all is functional. A complete remodel for the facility is being planned to start within the next few months. The knowledge of my personal trainer has allowed me to lose over 3+% body fat and gain over 2% lean muscle mass within a short 4 months. She continues to encourage me, and shares in the attainment of my goals. If you are looking for a good location to workout, and match your schedule (open 24/7), I highly recommend this club and the wonderful staff working here. Wayne K

People pay a certain amount of money to get a membership. This morning I looked online at the pool…read morehours it said they had open swim from 1pm to 7pm. So me and my grandma get ready and we go down there. We get there in our bathing suits and the lady at the front desk lets us in and neglected to tell us that the pool is closed from 1 to 4. We walked all of the way down here to find out by someone that don't work there that the pool is closed. We wasted gas driving down there. They need to fix the pool for maintenance is what they said. Why couldn't they do that when the pool isn't open? Why didn't they tell us at front desk? This is at auburn ymca, if the pool isn't open and is closed down for a certain amount of time, when the pool is supposed to be open they need to fix their website. Also this has happened before to me and my grandma they seriously need to get their stuff straight.
