All the food prep is done out in the open - and owner Shawn shucked oysters to order - not a minute earlier than necessary. Sarah offered to serve batches of three oysters at a time so we could try four of their most popular treatments in a dozen oysters: Urbanna Rocks, Waterview Herbs, Port Royal, and Fredericksburg Artillery. Every treatment was unique and delicious- without overpowering the taste of the FRESH LOCAL OYSTERS.
