I was a regular customer when I ordered my mulch this year. I hadn't ordered for two years because…read moretheir mulch machine was broken. When I received my order this year, it was junk wood mulch, including OSB and other garbage wood. I had purchased natural mulch. I sent detailed pictures to an associate in the office, including a pic of a large piece of MDF that was in the load, and a video showing my crew scooping the mulch, showing that about 30% of each scoop was sawdust. By the end of my mulch job, my whole house was coated in bright yellow sawdust. The owner was supposed to call me but never did. I have 6 more properties in Erie County that need mulch, but I guess they don't need the money. Pics in this review show a dark surface of my keypad lock coated in sawdust and the large piece of wood that was in the load. The Google reviews show that when this company makes a mistake, they make excuses. I know that the review won't change their ways, but at least it will warn future consumers about the business practices. So bummed, as the first year I used them, the mulch was perfect.

Best decision and recommendation ever. They responded quickly, assessed the situation and went to work mitigating the damage. They had to remove he flooring and all of the lower cabinets in the kitchen then store them in the garage- along with other personal items in other rooms. There was absolutely zero damage. We continue to be impressed as the house is now being remodeled and put back together. All cabinets were salvaged. Facing a situation this awful was overwhelming and there was concern about whether our insurance policy would cover the claim. Jon, the owner, guided us throughout the process and kept our spirits up when weeks went into months not getting answers or a response. Finally, we learned we were getting everything covered! I give Jon 100% credit, bc there were times that I thought I wanted to just give up. He kept us hopeful and positive. His company and staff are amazing. Trust that they'll do a phenomenal job, if and when (hopefully not) something happens like this in your home. They'll go above and beyond.
