Very polite & Knowledgeable over the phone. We scheduled an appointment. His tech team, Mike & Jeff, arrived right on time and helped me get everything situated. They knocked it out the park! It surpassed my expectations. They mounted 3 tv's for me in a couple hours. Definitely worth every penny if you're on the fence about hiring professionals versus doing it yourself. Jimmy was a man of his word... the price he quoted me, was the price I paid. No switch & bait tactics that u hear about in reviews from other vendors. I'll post the 3 tv's they did for me. The living room TV was a 77 inch tv with mount & wiring the cables through the walls so it looks clean. The other TV's were for my garage & home office. For those TV's, i just wanted wire concealment... no need for fishing wires through the walls. Once again, Thank you to Jimmy & his team at Tech Junkies. They ran all the cords through the wall into an adjacent room so there's no cable box or anything in our living room--just the TV floating over the fireplace. The technicians who came to the house were extremely friendly (even played catch with my 3-year-old son and let him "help" them with the installation) and cleaned everything up after they were finished. They also took time to make sure I knew how to work everything. Justin, the owner, also stopped by during installation to make sure everything was going well, and followed up with a phone call after they had left to make sure I was happy with everything. The TV looks and works great, and the installation ended up costing about 20% less than the quote because there were a couple items the technicians didn't end up needing.
