This house had a long-standing issue with modified drains and plumbing vents that had defied diagnosis, but Efraín would not give up. He solved the mystery that no one else had, finding a vent that had been mistakenly cut and capped long ago. I reached out to 4 different solar companies but couldn't get anyone to follow thru. I finally reached #1 Plumbing. I was able to get an appointment when the tech actually showed up and get an estimate on what it would cost to replace my inverter. The techs showed up when they said that would, fixed my inverter and helped me with the app. I am so grateful that this is done. Plus they were great to work with. Very friendly and courteous.
