Although the pain can make every day life challenging to difficult at times; having found Adelphia Chiropractic has been instamental in helping manage it. From routine maintenance adjustments to times when I can barely walk; Adelphia has been there to help me bounce back and more importantly, minimize serious occurrence's. He really takes the time to listen to what you have to say.    Their facility is extremely clean, well maintained and stocked with a large assortment of modern apparatus to aid in recovery. He also has refrained from 'adjusting' my spine (at my request as I have a phobia of 'cracking') and treated the curve and resulting pain with a deep tissue / myofascial massage which works really well.
