I specifically asked if the other patients are being required to wear face masks, etc. The doctor told me they were and I made an appointment. There was a 45-minute wait. An elderly woman needed urgent care which was perfectly fine. However, a patient/woman walked out of a treatment room WITHOUT a mask through the reception area. She walked up to the counter next to that same elderly woman (who was making another appointment) and reached right IN FRONT OF HER to use the hand sanitizer on the counter and left. Nothing was said to the woman without the mask that stretched over the elderly patient. Although I needed help with my pain, I left. I was later called by the doctor and told that this behavior is out of their control. Nothing was even said to the woman who was too reckless to care about others. That, I could have respected. She is the one who should have received a call. Not a safe or careful environment.
