Mr. Gardiner came to my house over a month ago to perform an appraisal on my property. He acknowledged that he was busy but would have my appraisal complete in one week. That day came and went. No call or anything from him. After nearly a week, I reached out to him. He apologized and said he would have it complete in another 3 days. Missed that date, again with no heads-up from him. Called again, got another date the appraisal would be complete, missed that date and again, no call from him to explain. This went on a total of 5 times......and 5 times he didn't complete the appraisal and he didn't contact me to advise or apologize. Obviously, his priority was to his bigger customers and banks. I understand that but a person who gives you his word (repeatedly) and then doesn't deliver (or call to apologize) is the type of person/business I could never recommend to others. read more
