If you're in town and want a quick walk, then this is a fine option. But you should definitely check the beach out at the end of the seawall first (western end of town). It's nicer than the beach on this section here.
Walk past the a bit depressive carpark to access the beach and then follow along beach to this little path. It brings you all the way to Crovie - and back.
It's a quick, simple little walk. But a nice thing to do in the evening with the sun going down. Also dog-friendly.
In the evening there aren't many visitors left, so it's really peaceful and quiet here. It's not the prettiest walk, but the views are rewarding. read more
