The water levels were low/tide out in Portsoy Harbour on my visit to Portsoy on Monday 8 July 2019. A few small boats were tethered to the walls in the harbour and water levels so low they were resting on the ground beneath the surface of the shallow water. Stairs led down to the sand by the water of the harbor and footprints were observable in the sand. Parking around the harbor was partially full at midday with people exploring different businesses and going about their day. read more
