I choose the Glenn B Dorning company for my new Kubota purchase because of service! I drove over 90 miles in each direction passing many other dealers that were hours closer. Bob was tremendous, at helping me choose the wright size piece of equipment for my needs. He always answered the phone or returned a phone call as soon as possible if he was with a customer. He was more than thorough, explaining every inch of the equipment, its uses and how to maintenance it. They offered a competitive price wright out the door without having to haggle or barter. I had called several other dealers multiple times, before choosing the Dorning CO and never even got a return phone call! I wouldn't recommend wasting your time with any other company.

Horrible service. They sent a tech out to repair my forklift. The tech though…read more he found the issue but had to go back to the shop to get the part and then disappeared for 4 days. I had to call to find out if he would be coming back to finish the job. Upon return it turns out it wasn't that part but a different part that was the issue. He said it was in stock and he would go get it and come right back. Hours later a different tech shows up with a bill and says they don't have the part and now my forklift needs to be picked up and brought into their shop to finish the repairs. Total BS to try to get more money out of the job. I went online, found the part and installed it the next day.

A tech at Arts forklift came out to do a service on my Toyota lift and also addressed a…read moreintermittent starting issue. He told me that one of the wires was chaffed and he had replaced it. A couple of months ago by and the intermittent starting of the lift began to happen again. I called them to come back out to address the issue and they ended up driving my forklift onto my dirt lot and getting it stuck and did not repair the interment starting issue , I called again to have them come back out mind you I've been doing all the calling. They have not called me once I had to call them back three different times to find out when they were coming and three different times they gave me a date to come back out. I just got off the phone with them right now and they told me that the very first time that they came out, they didn't charge me for fixing the intermittent problem so they couldn't cover it under warranty, I proceeded to ask him how much it would be and he said that he didn't know still didn't have any answers for me. I had to call all these times and try to get them to come out and still no luck. I also noticed that they disconnected some of the hardware inside of my forklift and just left it laying on top of my motor. I will take my business elsewhere I'm sure Art is not happy with their customer service skills, and judging by all the previous bad reviews, I'm surprised they'restill in business

Don't let the limited reviews fool you... they are highly experienced and have recently ventured out into automotive repair for the general public (is my understanding). It's a gorgeous building that doesn't even look like an automotive repair shop and is nestled in the beautiful "country" part of Murrieta. Del runs the front office and is amazing.
