I think the quality of product and the willingness of the employees to present and bring out different options is incredible. I never get the feeling from the bud tenders that they are too rushed or don't want to help. I usually don't get a lot at once but the times that I have they were super helpful. The location from my experience has always been quick to get you in and out too. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get into the main room. Not sure if this is my luck or day that I go in. My one complaint is that they have a reward program but unless you use the app (specifically the app, I had a problem with using the website and it almost resulted in me losing my points. Won't get into that here though. It was a problem and got resolved a few months ago) you have no way of knowing about your points. The budtenders will never discuss points with you unless you ask. So you won't get any deals used unless you tell them that you want to use a deal. It would be nice if they told you when you had a deal ready to use. For sure try this place out. You can also go get some healthy snacks from Natural Grocer afterwards!

I have no idea what some bad reviews are complaining about. It's just a normal dispensary with a friendly staff. Like I said, I don't go in there often, but I see the same employees with months going by between visits. So the comment about the staff not being happy wouldn't make sense if they have had a lot of the staff stay on board over the years I've been shopping there. Unless they leave while I am not smoking and come back when I go in to pick up a product.

Except for the neighbor business' truck yard, you'd feel like you were going to a, lol, "secret place". Then there's a big parking lot in front and though it is often busy, it kind of below the expectation.... UNTIL.... I used to go to a different dispensary nearby but I like the vibe of this place. It feels like what you expect to find as a marijuana dispensary. The old house, is partitioned into areas to receive and sale. The personal attention of the bud tenders is nice. The comfortable feeling of going to that old house in "that" area of town to see your "friend" to get something, though all legal-like now-a-days, makes the experience reminiscent to me.

I came in to return and purchase the new cart and a second manager grills me (again) about the issue. she also accused me of being disrespectful to the employees! which is absolutely insane. I go regularly and that would be ingnorant. The irony here is she would ask me what the issue was and would NOT let me respond without interrupting. I patiently tried to answer 3 times after being interrupted before making her aware that she was not allowing me to respond. I asked if I could work with someone else but she really had it in for me here for some inexplicable reason. Like I get it, you don't want to hear your product is broken out of the box. But that's not your customers fault. Take that anger to your manufacturer! this was "Karen" in manager form. I wanted nothing to do with this K. I reminded her that I spoke with the previous manager and the employee standing next to her and it had all been approved. at this point she insisted that she was refusing my business because I don't have time to stay and explain AGAIN! crazy. inexperienced manager wanted to be involved in the last word in an already resolved matter. power trip. shame too. you'd think a local place would be more prepared and patient.
