Robert was quick to respond to my quote request, and stopped by to talk about the proposed plan for the garden layout and redoing the pavers at the edge of the garden. The initial day the team was scheduled to do the work had a conflict for us, and they were great about quickly finding a different day. The team started first thing in the morning and were done by the end of the day. Everything looks great! Robert followed up with some tips for care to ensure that the newly transplanted flowers flourish. Just a week in, and we're already getting compliments on the yard from neighbors walking by. I highly recommend the team for someone looking to get a garden refresh!

The lilac in particular needed expert pruning, it was a wonderful sight. It was full size with fantastic colors and its sweet and unique lilac scent. It was also clear its roots had become invasive. I enjoyed talking with Roberto about the things I could do to brighten my yard, he had such great ideas. I was excited and decided to go for it. We set a date and Roberto came right on time with a team of 5 wonderful employees. He had selected and bought all the plants about which we had talked. His team spent the entire day trimming my trees, removing a tree stump, and of course planting a wide assortment of plants and flowers. They even created a circle around my lilac with an assortment of colorful plants. Roberto did an amazing job in my yard; I have had many compliments. He promised to get the job done the same day--and he delivered exactly as promised. Roberto and his team did a great job--efficient, clean, and professional. It was difficult to find plants that weren't damaged and in need of some serious TLC, although the prices were fairly decent for the Boston area. I would surely pay less locally, but I digress. Checking out was also a confusing process, and the store itself didn't feel very welcoming to customers as if the music was playing to make it seem like the employees couldn't talk. I probably wouldn't go here again unless I was looking for a cactus or succulent, and even then there's slim pickings.

My plants were in desperate need of some TLC, and Anna not only saved them but also gave me some helpful tips to ensure they thrive. She really knows her stuff! She was friendly, but not overbearing (which I love! Hello, this is Boston), kind, and generous. She made the entire experience so enjoyable and stress-free. Anna was also fantastic with my daughter, taking the time to explain things about the root system in such a down-to-earth way. I could see she was inspiring a love of plants in her too, which was such a special touch. It's rare to come across someone who's not only knowledgeable but genuinely passionate and kind. I've been to this location before (about two years ago), and I also had a great experience with a blond guy who helped me then. He was excellent as well, and my plant that he helped me save is still thriving! The store itself is lovely--great ambiance, light, temperature, and atmosphere. It feels so peaceful. They carry a wide selection of plants and such fun, quirky products. Their employees never try to upsell or be pushy, but if you need help -- they help. While it may be a bit pricier than some other places, to me it's very much worth it for the quality of the plants, products, and the exceptional service. I will definitely be back.

Hardly any mulch They came out 1 month after planting and it took 3 men, 4 hours to weed. Comments from crew said it must've been the mulch. When they left there was no more mulch. The weeds came back, of course, and it looked TERRIBLE! Called and waited and waited. No show. I went out and spent 2 1/2 days weeding. When they finally came they weeded the smaller garden. They said it needed weed block and mulch. The response from Jocelyn was I must've removed the mulch when I weeded! Tho the side the crew weeded didn't have mulch either! So no remedy. I will have to lay fabric and mulch myself. So much for hiring someone and have them leave property worse than they found it
