I was referred to Britt Animal Hospital by a friend and felt my pup would be very well taken care of - and he definitely was! Although the bill was significantly more expensive than the previous 2 visits to the vet, I felt that the doctor really cared about my puppy's well-being and health and these extra tests may have just been because I was a new client. My pet didn't even notice when he got his shots and actually enjoyed seeing the Vet come into the room. Another thing is this vet is honest and up front if you ask him to be. I knew something wasn't right with my dog and took him. I was worried bc money was tight at the time but I knew I needed to bring him in. The Vet went over what test they could do, what he recommended we start with since money was tight, and gave me amounts before doing anything. Everyone was very nice and understanding. They we're even fast to call me about the results and scheduling a follow-up. I even felt comfort and support after learning my dog was going blind and had diabetes. I could call with any questions or concerns and everyone at the office was supportive through the rough patch we went through balancing his meds.
