We have been employing the services of Fetch since approximately 2008. Our employment began after we had boarded our "critters" with the vet and they came home nervous wrecks. My husband had to go to the boarding area and remove one of the cats from her cage as the Veterinary personnel couldn't reach in to remove her without a fight. Fetch provides our pets the security of their familiar surroundings, us the security of qualified personnel caring for them, and the security of having someone regularly visit our home to deter home invasion during our absence. The cost is competitive with Veterinary boarding. The photographs provided through the visit communication allow us to visually assess our pet's condition. Once we neglected to leave an adequate food supply during our absence and the Fetch service provider acquired the needed supplies maintaining the feeding regimen. Fetch! Pet Care has been taking care of our somewhat feral cat for over 3 years now. "Wilson" lives pretty much wheverever he wants. Sometimes he comes in and sleeps in front of the TV and sometimes he hides under the sofa when storms are coming, but mostly, he is an outdoor cat with his own hidey holes who shows up for supper every night. The staff at Fetch! Pet Care come every day for a very reasonable price to make sure Wilson has fresh water and his favorite foods waiting on him. For the first 2 years, not one employee of Fetch! ever even saw Wilson, but they faithfully kept bringing the food and water. (My neighbors told me so) Then, the last time we were out of town, we were treated to daily text mails and actual photos of Wilson watching from a safe distance. I trust Fetch! With Fetch, I know my babies (dog and cat) are getting the same care that I would give them myself. Usually I come home at lunch to give my dog a break. Now, twice a week I have a Fetch sitter come by to give my dog a walk and some play time. It gives me a lot of flexibility that I didn't have before. When I travel, my dog stays with his sitter - he gets the same 1-on-1 attention that he gets at home. Fetch! has been taking care of our 4 pups now for over a year. We have really enjoyed having Kathy take extra special care of them! And they love her. They follow our instructions precisely and my favorite feature of theirs is they send us text messages updating us about how our pets are doing while we are away. Fetch takes good care of my cats! Cats are much more territorial than dogs because they're obligate predators, so it's really stressful to board a cat. Nicole Naish, our pet sitter, did an admirable job of caring for our "girls" recently. She worked really hard to get our "Eeyore cat" to interact with her - and she succeeded somewhat.
