This is a huge double fronted shop that stocks anything and everything your pet pooch, and every other domesticated animal under the sun, would need. The prices seem reasonable and there were some very helpful staff knocking around assisting customers ad hoc. I picked up some dog treats for a great price. Would recommend prices-very reasonable especially for the medication if you need any. Our dog had a bad leg and had to have operations. She wouldnt excersize the muscle so guy got us in touch with a water therapy place (swimming lessons for dogs!!) He then helped us claim it back on the insurance. Would recomend 11/10 for the friendly staff and for the quality of service here. Plus they remember my dogs name every time we come in !!

Every time I come into Kings Heath Pet Centre I am amazed by the selection and things on offer for…read moremy cats. I had a lot of trouble with my kitten as when he arrived in my home he had fleas. I freaked out and ran down to the pet centre to ask for help on this unpleasant issue. The staff were friendly and did not try to oversell products in an attempt to increase their profit margins. I was sold a spray, a flea comb and a solution to rub into my kitten's skin and fur. Two days later and my kitten is flea free. Thank You Kings Heath Pet Centre. They also have goods for all types of pets and animals, ranging from dogs to your more exotic pets. It is also a great place to bring the kids if you have any. The Cockatoo is one of my main reasons for coming here on un-cat related issues. He/She will quite happily mimic your words if you don't mind looking a little bit silly in front of the other customers. Kings Heath Pet Centre also sells your regular supplies such as litter and food pouches. Their prices are competitive with the larger supermarkets that have the pleasure in buying in vast stock quantities. There is a wide range of products for each type of pet, all of my cat and guinea pig needs were well catered for. The staff are friendly and helpful and the prices are reasonable. My main reason for visiting the pet centre was always to see the cute animals, especially the furry little bunny rabbits! *Awww* So cute! There is always a large parrot who occasionally gives people a fright but suddenly squawking or flapping his wings as you go past. Any excuse to go in and I'm there!

They have been on hand to walk him regularly, whether it be a short walk locally to me or taking him for a longer one at their field when I'm working a long day. I know he is in excellent hands. I have peace of mind knowing he is getting the exercise he needs and his recall is has drastically improved since I've been using them.

I hate this palce, We took our bombay kitten (7 months) for a simple operation (spaid)…read more after an hour we get a phone call saying there was a complication, this was at 10am and i was told they had to run some test and i would get a call in an hour. after calling repeatedly and getting fobbed off i finally get a call at 3pm telling me that the kitten had brain damage and would never be able to walk again. we then arive at the vets and they gave us the option of keeping her alive on pills but we felt this was no life for a cat as she could not even move head and she looked lifeless. not the playfull kitten we had shared our life with for the last 5 months this has been so upsetting and she is truly missed by all the family, bombays are so loving, personal and vocal. a friend told me today he took his 12 week old puppy for its injections last week only for it to comeback with kennal cough, he then went back to the vets to see many other people complaining about the same condition. he also reports the vet did not even clean the table before treating the puppy. I WOULD SO AVOID THIS PLACE FOR THE LIFE OF YOUR PETS!!! YES THERE CHEAP BUT I PAID THE PRICE, we just miss her so much.
