They told us that we cannot move into our apartment and had to wait for HALF A MONTH after the expected move-in date. We've already paid for the moving company and cleaning company for our move in. They refused to pay for our accommodation for the gap days between our expected move-in date and the actual move-in date. They also refused to pay the moving company and cleaning company that we paid for the expected move in date. And one of their suggestion is that 'You two JUST need to buy a sleeping bag and slept on the floor of a 1b1b and put all your furniture into a truck.' They are unreasonable. And they never come to the office on time. You have to wait for ONE HOUR until they come to the leasing office. Their assistant manager, Mary, is rude and unprofessional. She is impatient and never let the customer to speak. She always interrupts us when we speak. She even said 'We are trying to help you.' when this thing happened, which in fact she is just trying to fix her own mistakes instead of helping us. She even yelled at me on the phone and said we were aggressive when we were negotiating with her to make up for our loss due to their mistakes. She even doesn't know who she is talking to when she made a phone call and cannot pronounce people's name even when we have met three times and talked for several hours.
