Unfortunately never had any discussion about options and what coating would work best for what i want as well as pros/cons of different polyurethanes. A crew showed up, got right to work and left. After a couple days i noticed imperfections in a couple of the rooms so i reached back out to them. They were very quick to respond and sent the crew out the same day, they inspected the floors and ended up doing another coat at no cost. Floors came out great. Just wish there was a little more communication/information, but i would recommend them.

When Maxwell's finished and returned my dresser it was breautiful. A number of my friends and family wanted me to sell them the dresser that they initially questioned. Fast forward to 2020, I moved to Florida and took my dresser. In the course of the move I lost some hardware on my dresser and I contacted Maxwell's. Mr. Greg from Maxwell's who did not remember me or know me sent me the hardware that I needed and did not charge me. He said that it was on the house. Crown tubs responded that it was the tenant's fault and they would not honor their warranty. Tenant is long term and very responsible and was told which type of bathmat to use and how to clean the tub, which she emphatically claims she followed. The owner, Al, totally denied that the job could have been done incorrectly. A company that blames the consumer and will not honor their warranty should never be recommended or used.
