They have an on-site maintenance guy that is meticulous at keeping the place clean. The exercise room has all the equipment needed for a solid workout There is parking and garages available. With the several issues that I had here, the management offered little to no help. You can't view your unit prior to signing a lease, you can not buy an additional parking pass despite all of guest parking being completely filled every weekend, and you can not request maintenance to replace light bulbs. With that being said, when your light bulbs burn out and maintenance refuses to fix it, don't expect to take your smart bulb personal property with you. If you do, they will steal money out of your deposit then ghost you.

They also had to take out the fireplace and close it up while I was living there , after using the fireplace as a selling point . Then the pool that they always use as the main reason that you should pay so try Community fees and rent is almost always dirty , under maintenance, or closed . Then even if your heat goes off 28 times and one night they won't replace your furnace for 2 years and you'll freeze every night for 2 Winters. Then they will try to charge you for carpet and paint when you leave , even though the county there and requires the repaint after every tenant and replace the carpet every 4 years , and if the carpet was almost black even though it was beige when you move in , it is in need of replacement if you have been there almost 3 years . So once again illegal charges harassment and filth .
