I…read morekept my boat there for a few months deciding if I was gonna keep it year-round try to go fishing one day called left messages over and over and nobody calls you back I get there the next morning and I asked the guy why my boat wasn't in the water and his answer was we don't do that here so they don't do early morning drops so you can never leave earlier than 8 AM. You have to wait till they open and if there's other boats in front of you being dropped, then you have to wait. Also they barely have any water hoses to clean your boat. If you do come back after 5 o'clock you have to leave your boat Tied up to another boat. They might have maybe five or six spots max, but that's it very unprofessional how they treat people and talk to you. I will never go back to the marina again.

Alana and the Manager Jim have been so accommodating and helpful to me. As a first time RVer, Jim greeted me and helped me set up my whole RV and taught me how to clean out my tanks! He was so patient with how I wanted my RV to face the sunrise as he pulled me into the perfect spot with his forklift! I was so grateful for his help, it was unexpected as I was planning on opening my tutorial videos! Alana, knowing Hurricane Ian wiped out my home and business was thinking of ways to help me start up my paddle boarding business again down in The Keys. She has been so kind and patient with me! My favorite thing about Blue Fin is starting my mornings on the water, watching the sunrise on my paddle board just steps from my front door!

The managers of the resort are amazing and are there to assist you. They have kayaks, paddle boards, and paddle boats for you to use from the beach. We took the kayak out and had a great time paddling around. The only thing I would suggest is getting a few new double kayaks as we had to dump the water out of we and fix the seat before taking it out. The cabins are very clean and even though the resort is right off the main highway, it is quiet and you have a key pad to enter and leave the resort. They also have 1 handicapped accessible cabin. You won't be disappointed with this place.

We stayed at the Tarpon There was a scary part, we are lucky we don't drink, otherwise I can see people falling into the water and slipping off the walkway because it's extremely narrow. We definitely had some fun getting on and off the houseboat especially with luggage and rain. It takes some non slip shoes and upper arm strength to hold on while the house boat is moving trying to get off or on. It's so well worth it though, we had a blast! Review for Mangrove Marina…read more I recently had a disappointing experience at Mangrove Marina that I feel compelled to share. I made a reservation a month in advance, looking forward to my stay. However, upon arrival, I was shocked to find that my slip had been given to someone else. This lack of organization and communication is unacceptable, especially for a place that should prioritize its guests. Additionally, I noticed that the marina amenities are in disrepair, which detracted from the overall experience. It was disheartening to see such potential being wasted due to neglect. To make matters worse, I was charged $50 just to charge my car for a range of 25 miles. This feels excessive and unfair, especially given the circumstances of my visit. Overall, my experience at Mangrove Marina was frustrating and disappointing. I expected better service and amenities for the price I paid. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements for future guests.
