Cheese and meat were loaded in the tortillas! The consume has so much flavor! So wonderful! 3. I ordered the signature dish, El Rey Sol plate. My only complaint I could give would be the beans and rice. The beans had an off taste to them.(maybe add bacon fat?) The rice seemed a little overcooked, but the flavor was still there. A little salsa on them and BAM! They were right back in the game! The Enchilada, taco, and tostada were excellent. The chili relleno was delicious! I got mine with cheese, and omg it was loaded!!! Lastly.. the star for me was the tamale.. I haven't had one better than El Rey Sol since Delia's in South Texas. I could smash a dozen of them by myself!
