I'm so sad to have to give this negative review. This company was my go-to for many years and it…read moreused to be always flawless and reliable, plus pleasant. Today, I've had a very disturbing experience. Briefly: luggage carousel took a long time to get rolling (about 40 minutes). I called the dispatch to alert them so that they'd know A) I'm not ghosting and B) probably don't want to rush to the pickup zone if they have a better place to wait. 30min into my wait (25min after my courtesy call), the boss from headquarters calls me and demands that I tip the driver extra because they don't pay him to wait more than 30min. And he wasn't nice about it. Thing is, I'd already tipped nicely on the pre-pay (which the rude caller knew), and given the hard time we were all having with this delay and a late hour, I was planning to give a little cash too. This call changed my experience, changed my feeling about tipping the extra (I couldn't feel anything but resentment), and also admittedly reduced the amount of that extra cash when I did cough it up. Driver also made it clear that he was not happy to be here, and that I was obviously a tremendous inconvenience. For the price I paid, I would have appreciated a bit more commiserating attitude versus a misdirected anger attitude. Waiting isn't super fun for anyone, but at least he was sitting in a warm car and had all of his belongings. Please anyone who has a better airport limo company in this area feel free to DM me.

Alliance Car Service generously provided 2 gift certificates for their amazing service. I have…read morepersonally used the service for travel out of Logan Airport. The level of service is an outstanding professional level that is hard to find these days. The dedicated pick up and drop off at Logan Airport, along with the extremely clean and spacious vehicle, made us feel valued. One thing that is very rare these days. I found out about the service through a local Veterans Organization. Run For the Troops. As a Member of the Board, I was very pleased by the generous donation that they made. I have attached the letter below as an example of an old school feeling of making the customer feel important, respected and highly valuable. You are not a number; you are a valued customer. Run for the Troops December 15, 2025 Dear Hicham, On behalf of Run for the Troops and the veterans and military families we serve, I want to extend our deepest gratitude for your generous donation of Two - $250 Gift Certificates to our Silent Auction at our 14th Annual Pre-Race Dinner & Silent Auction on November 7, 2025. Your support means far more than the value of the item itself--it is a powerful statement that our community stands firmly behind those who have sacrificed so much for our freedom. Because of caring partners like you, we are able to continue life-changing programs such as adaptive bicycles, therapeutic equestrian experiences, golf clinics, cornhole tournaments, and community events that bring joy, healing, and connection to our nation's heroes. Since 2010, together with supporters like you, we have raised over $750,000, provided 12 adaptive bicycles, distributed more than 50 handmade patriotic memory quilts, and welcomed thousands of runners, walkers, and dinner guests who all share the same goal: honoring and uplifting our veterans when government resources fall short. One veteran who received an adaptive bicycle said it best: "It means the world to me. Seeing the life-changing gift of a cycle is immediate. Seeing how it changes a veteran's life can never be described by words alone." -- SGM Kevin Bittenbender Your donation helped make moments like these possible again this year, and every bid placed in our silent auction is a direct reflection of the respect and gratitude our community has for our veterans. Thank you once again for standing with us. We hope you'll join us at next year's Run for the Troops 5K and other events so you can see firsthand the difference partners like you make every day. With sincere appreciation, Diana Kiesel Volunteer Run for the Troops

The shuttle itself exceeded our expectations--it was clean, comfortable, and packed with fun amenities like neon lighting, drink service, and great music connections! Our only constructive feedback is regarding timeline guidance. Since our wedding fell on the Friday evening before a holiday weekend, our driver arrived 5 minutes late for the first shuttle run, and heavy traffic ultimately caused our ceremony to start late. As clients planning a major event, we would have really appreciated extra guidance from the team during booking--such as a heads-up to factor local holiday traffic and ceremony timing into our overall schedule. Overall, though, we had a great experience and would still recommend Michael's Limousine for any event transportation!
