He came in person and looked at everything prior to writing the quote. I pointed out the amount of drywall and other prep that would be needed. I was general, not specific, since he claimed to be very experienced and knowledgeable. I was told to purchase 8 gallons of wall paint. I use expensive paint, so it cost me a lot of money. They only used about 2 gallons! They did not prep the walls or trim properly, they did not properly protect my new LVT flooring (they stained it) or any of my furniture or belongings, they did not fill nail holes prior to painting, they did not caulk, they did not prime and/or paint everything we agreed on, they did not apply 2 coats of paint after priming, they did not use the extender as needed with the gloss causing brush and roller marks and it to tack up, they did not sand everything, they did not clean up the massive amounts of dust left covering everything by the little sanding they actually did, they refused to leave the door open while painting so the a/c could get in to cool the room and lower the humidity necessary for proper curing, causing the humidity to rise above 70% in that room, they actively attempted to keep me out of the rooms, so that I wouldn't see what they were doing and not doing, they lied about what I asked to be done even though it was in the contract. They blamed me, the drywall, the wood, the carpenter; they blamed everything and everyone else and took no responsibility. They told me to replace my brand new doors, frames, shelving with a different wood so it would be less prep work for them to paint. They made no effort to contact anyone to fix my flooring. They got mad when I told them I needed it fixed in whichever way would not void my warranty, so I had to wait for the authorized installer to return my call. Without my knowledge, they attempted to clean the floor with an abrasive Magic Eraser sponge and a scrub brush. They refused to do a walkthrough or punch list, and they refused to return accusing me of demanding perfection. They requested payment several times immediately after telling me they would not finish. I now have to get quotes to fix and finish the prep and paint, and a quote to repair or replace my floors. I have lots of pics and videos. I'll see how many this will permit me to upload - only 20

Robert, this has gone on far to long, maybe instead of wasting your energy in trying to discord our honest review about the work you have done for us, you should move on. We have owned our mistake of not doing a vigorous search to review your business before hiring you. Going forward we certainly will not hire any contractor without first doing an extensive search of reviews. If you want to post pics of work another contractor done to fix your screwups then by all means go for it. As for the paperwork, each document is fact including your failed footer inspection you claimed didn't happen. This particular document was taken from the Sussex County website. Now are you going to claim the county is lying as well? I am not going to continue back and forth with you and will not engage in your childish tantrums. The public can come to their own conclusion. My review is honest and backed up with documents. You seem to have a problem owning your mistakes.

One time "John" answered and I told him I was interested in an HVAC maintenance and service contract. He rattled off some numbers and promised to email them to me that night. Never got anything. I then called that number over and over, leaving messages that again were never returned. Finally, a woman answered and explained that she was in a front office and could give me no info (??) about service contracts, but she said if I called 800-921-0392 an answering service would take a message and forward to someone who would call back. She also promised me that John would send me the promised info that day. Not. So I called the 800 number and left a message for someone to please call me. Nothing. I give up. Too many other HVAC companies that care. I wonder how if they respond to customers needing emergency service.
