He responded with a flat out NO! in a dismissive tone of voice! I asked him to trim my hair up to 1 inch. He took off at least 2-3 inches more. After several people noticed my mother's hair, my mother also noticed so many demarcations in every section. The colorist also left out so many sections of outgrown greys, etc. My mother went out of her way to show the manager/owner that she's unhappy and upset. $400+ and the work was absolutely horrendous. The owner was not only rude to my mom but she also behaved unprofessionally as a business owner. She kept interrupting my mom non-stop and called her a liar. Not to mention my mother is a professional hair colorist and knows how the job should've been done. She also showed inspo photos to the stylist on the day of her appointment, obviously the girl took the easy route. Long story short, she told my mother to leave and to never come back. No client should leave the salon in tears. My mother is not the type to cause a scene or put down the colorist in front of the owner, she just wanted to be heard. My mother was asking for the coloration difference not the full refund and her request was still denied. This place may be super busy, but don't know how to treat their clients with respect.
