I gave them a quick call and Diana answered promptly and informed me that they can help me with this. I came by the office and met Diana. She was very nice and very easy to work with. She patiently explained what an apostille certificate was and what she needed to get the document authenticated. She was very flexible and accommodating but most importantly, clearly cared a lot about the service she provides. She cares about the "little things" like taking the time to make sure that her notary stamp was perfectly aligned with the edge of the page. I was able to get the certificate the next day despite dropping it off close to closing time that day. The documents were so neat and crisp, neatly bound together (again attention to detail) and she handed it to me in a clean and crisp envelope. Next day apostille service in New York usually range between $185 to $310. Diana charged me significantly less than the low end of that range. Unfortunately, these days many business don't care enough about the little things and often begrudgingly provide their "service" as though you are a nuisance for giving them business. It was very refreshing to work with someone who still cares about their clients and the service the provide.
