This mall doesn't have higher end designers (Burberry, Jimmy Choo, Prada, etc.). So if you're looking for that, take the trip to Woodbury Commons. However, I've gotten great deals at stores like J. Crew, Banana Republic, and Aerie, and there's still a large range of stores to choose from. I've only ever been on weekdays, so I can speak to the weekend crowds. Because it's an outdoor mall, take weather into consideration when planning your trip. The last time I went it rained a bit, but some areas are slightly covered so we didn't have to use umbrellas the entire time. I've never grabbed lunch here while shopping, but I have stopped in to the recently added Coach Coffee Shop, which is super cute and has a nice selection of coffee and baked goods.

They recommended going to a local Vans store and have them remove the security tag. The local store was not able to remove the tag and could not return the item as it was purchased at an outlet store. In calling the NJ Vans store again and further explaining the issue to Mitchel and his supervisor Kyle they said it was an honest mistake on there end and they can not issue a refund and there is nothing else they could do. Amazing lack of costumer service. Guess all they care is that Vans got $50 and I have a useless sweatshirt as a birthday present.

I am giving this store a 1 star because of the manager Amanda. When asked for assistance, she was…read morecondescending and dismissive and made it very clear I was NOT worth her time. Amanda made NO effort to look into my issue and didn't even apologize. The store associates were apologetic which wasn't necessary but I appreciated. The associates made more of an effort than Amanda did with ZERO help from her. My issue were coupons and rewards that were honored online and not in store, I even showed them how the coupons applied to my cart online and Amanda contradicted herself by saying the rewards comes off first but it didn't because the coupon came first when ringing up. By that time she walked away from me so she didn't even notice she was wrong. I've spent close to $500 in the last couple weeks for my kids and gifts. I'll be sure to spend my money elsewhere.
