In addition, the Staff were not welcoming or even helpful. They seem preoccupied. As a consignor: I consigned a nice designer girl's size 6 dress that had a lovely sash that was an integral part of the dress design. Later, I was told the dress did not sell because the "sash was lost." It would have been nice to have heard, "Sorry, but we can't control theft." No, the dress was briskly handed back to me, and the owner (?) quickly walked away.

Just one person was working in the store which was inconvenient in that she could not both cash people out and check folks into the locked dressing rooms.
