Shopping for women, men, children this is a great store to shop at. Lots of trendy clothing at outlet prices... I shopped here before Christmas and bought gifts for my grand kids and also for myself! Great discount outlet prices! Just bought an umbrella today priced at $15 on clearance for $4 to take on vacation! Can't beat that... This outlet was previously located in Rotterdam Mall and is now located in Mohawk Commons. Lucky for me! read more

I love their selection! The women's section has so many different things to offer, I love summer dresses and the gap shorts are my absolute favorite. I frequent here when I go to old navy for my nine month old. Gap factory has baby stuff but I feel like it's such a limited selection, and doesn't get updated as much as I would have liked. In the winter is when I stock up on baby's summer clothes, the shorts for little ones were adorable here . Going here later today to pick up a gift for my friends two year olds birthday. They never dissapoint! read more

Have been wanting to go in here to shop for awhile and decided to go in and look around and see what they had. The store was clean well organized and the staff was friendly. The big thing here though is that the prices were AMAZING. I wanted a new gap hoodie but didn't want to spend a ton. The wall of hoodies said $19.99 which was reasonable but more than what I really wanted to spend. I went over to their clearance area where I saw some green gap hoodies that I liked. They were $12.99 on clearance plus take an additional 50% off. My hoodie with tax and everything came to $6.75. You cannot buy a hoodie brand new hardly anywhere for that price. Now that I have seen what great deals they have I will have to stop in more often read more

Shopped at Old Navy with my 13 year old granddaughter twice recently. They carry trendy clothes…read morethat she likes. The stock was well stocked for spring. She found the popular wide legged jeans she wanted plus several other items. I found shorts and shirts for my husband. Five Stars for amount of stock in this large store that was neatly organized and for the great staff! What we liked at the Niskayuna location: *Clothing etc. is displayed nicely. *Store is clean and orderly. *It is well organized and neatly arranged on racks, shelving, and tables. *Signs for sales were displayed prominently. *Staff were helpful and courteous. They were eager to provide assistance when asked. *When there was a customer in line as I was in process of checking out, another cash register was opened so she did not have to wait. *My cashier looked for additional discounts for me. *Prices are better than at the Gap and American Eagle. *Returns are processed quickly at store. Also, there is lots of continent parking. One improvement to this store and nearby Ulta would be to install automatic door openings (double doors) for better handicapped accessibility. We stopped by here recently after the attractive lighting and misting behind the shop window caught our eyes while driving through the street, and what we found inside was just as interesting. Apparently opened about six weeks ago, this shop has a variety of pots and plants for sale (and for our viewing pleasure, of course) and a few odds and ends, like the plant hangers. The prices vary but generally seem reasonable, and apparently there's a 50% off sale going on with a purchase of a live plant and a pot. The wall of plants was beautiful to look at, and it seems like the staff can help with plant selections and care instructions depending on whether you're a beginner, a pro, or somewhere in between. I like this shop and hope they do well.
