Visited this morning around 11am and asked the waitress if they served breakfast. Before offering alternatives, such as scones, pastries etc, she told me to go to the cafe across the street, so we did.
The cafe across the street was closed so we came back. Ordered a sausage roll, a sandwich, piece of cake and 3 cups of tea. We got 1 tea pot of tea between three of us, waited almost 15 minutes for the sandwich and a very soggy sausage roll which was clearly reheated in the microwave. I've had better sausage rolls from truck stops. The smallest slither of cake was serviced on a large plate, no cream, no fork and tasted like your average gateaux from the supermarket. Very disappointed and would not return. read more
