I took several items in to be dry cleaned and laundry and upon pick up noticed that the prices had gone up a lot. Then when I started to wear my clothes several had been ripped and are not wearable...this makes me very mad. I did reach out to the cleaners and they said they are not responsible for damages done to clothes in their care!! I am currently looking for a new place. I do NOT recommend this place.

I'm pleased to say I received a text a little before 2pm indicating my clothes were ready for pick up with a reminder they close at 6p. Two dry clean tops were $8 and some change which I feel is a fair price. I was pleased with the cleaning & ironing of my tops. That with the great customer service, I would definitely return with other dry clean items.

I waited 10 minutes, nothing. I called five minutes after I left, nothing. So that's 15 minutes total no one was there. And that's just from the time I arrived - I have no way of knowing how long the sign was in the window and the shop was closed before that. I called 10 minutes after I left and reached someone who claimed 1) she was in the bathroom and 2) she put the "wrong sign" on the door. Right......

I want to take a moment to give a well-deserved positive review to DryClean Supercenter on FM 359…read morein Richmond, Texas. The staff here are genuinely friendly and welcoming. They have a way of making you feel like family. They recognize you when you walk through the door, greet you with a smile, and consistently provide that personal touch that is becoming increasingly rare in customer service. The quality of their work is top-notch. I work for the Texas Highway Patrol, and I trust DryClean Supercenter with my uniforms. They always come back clean, sharply pressed, professional, and ready for duty. That level of consistency means a lot to me. Following the recent passing of the owner, I have been especially impressed by the staff. They have persevered through a difficult time and continued to provide the same professionalism, courtesy, and quality of service their customers have come to expect. That says a lot about the people who work there and the pride they take in their business. In all the time I have been a customer, I have never had an issue that couldn't be resolved quickly and professionally. Like any business, I'm sure they occasionally encounter a situation where a customer is unhappy. I work in customer service myself, I understand that you can be polite, professional, courteous, and genuinely try to help, yet sometimes a customer may still leave dissatisfied. That's simply part of being in the service business. I recently saw a negative review from an unhappy customer, and while everyone is certainly entitled to their experience and opinion, I can honestly say that my experience with DryClean Supercenter has been completely different. I have never felt that anyone there intentionally treated a customer poorly or failed to make an honest effort to resolve a problem. So, rather than focusing on one negative experience, I want to recognize the many positive experiences I have personally had with this business. This is a positive review for the folks at my dry cleaner -- DRYCLEAN SUPERCENTER! Thank you for consistently taking care of my uniforms and, just as importantly, taking care of your customers. You have my business and my recommendation. Lt. Matt Ochoa Texas Highway Patrol

Dry Clean Super Center in PECAN GROVE !!!!!! I really don't like…read moreleaving negative reviews, but unfortunately this experience needs to be shared. I've been taking my clothes to Dry Clean Supercenter in Pecan Grove for a while. In the beginning, the service was okay. However, over the last month (maybe longer), the quality has seriously declined. I've picked up multiple items that clearly had not been properly cleaned. It honestly felt like the clothes were just placed in plastic and handed back to me. I returned one item because it wasn't cleaned at all, and when I got it back again, it was actually dirtier than when I originally dropped it off. Most recently, I dropped off a pair of pants. When I picked them up, they had a bad odor and stains that were not there before. That was extremely disappointing. Based on my recent experiences, I would not recommend this company. I truly hope they address their quality control issues so other customers don't experience the same frustration
