Good evening, I want…read moreto share my heartfelt appreciation for Ms. Natalie and her team of SLPA's. She is an incredible Speech teacher, Coach, and Proctor. Her deep understanding of each child's unique needs is truly remarkable. She carefully chooses the appropriate standardized assessments for each student and takes the time to explain her results thoroughly. I am especially grateful for Ms. Kelly, who was absolutely wonderful with my older son. She took the time to get to know him personally and build a genuine rapport. Thank you so much, Ms. Kelly. When Ms. Kelly was replaced by Ms. Heather for my older son! She too is amazing. Ms Heather pours her time and effort to support our kids! If they see progress in their goals, they quickly update us so we can continue working on the areas that need mastery. I also want to thank Ms. Taryn, whose kind demeanor and patience have made a meaningful difference in my younger son's journey. Thank you, Ms. Natalie, for always staying on top of things and for leading such a wonderful team. Whenever I have concerns or questions, Ms. Natalie always takes the time to listen and respond, just as Ms. Heather and Ms. Rachel do. Thanks to early intervention, my older son graduated a couple of months ago, having met his goals and shown remarkable improvement in his language skills. I truly thank Ms. Natalie, Ms. Kelly, and Ms. Heather from the bottom of my heart. For my younger son, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the progress he's made, thanks to Ms. Rachel and Ms. Heather. Their dedication has made a significant difference in his socialization and speech development. I know this is just the beginning, but I am so thankful for their kindness, expertise, and the helpful suggestions they've given to support my son. I also want to express my appreciation for the social groups led by Ms. Heather, which have been invaluable for both of my children. These groups help them understand what's appropriate when interacting with peers and have facilitated so much learning. Thank you once again, Ms. Natalie, Ms. Heather, and Ms. Rachel, for being such a compassionate and talented team.Other parents reading this, remember that progress often requires time. With continuous support at CHATTYKIDDO, your children will thrive under the guidance of Ms. Natalie, Ms. Heather, and Ms. Rachel. Schedule that appointment now!

Horrible. My daughter went in to take in evaluation. While I was waiting for her in the front, i…read morewas asking the lady in charge of front questions. I felt she didn't understand me on top of that while I was asking questions, she would walk away without excuse herself to open door and speak to someone else. Then when she came back, she told me to take a seat and I had to tell her I wasn't finished asking her questions. They ended up giving my daughter a test that was wanting her to fail. They should start from the beginning and work up in order to see where exactly is difficult for her. Also, if u go in and look at the room they put kids in, its ridiculously small and there's no windows. Pretty much tables and a closed door. Very claustrophobic. I did not like the vibe or atmosphere.

My boys, grades 3 and 2, attended their Summer Program last year…read more When we met with Mrs. Park, she presented that the kids are grouped by grade levels, not to exceed 6 students per group. (This was important to us because we were enrolling our boys for extra support that a regular school class could not provide.) Make sure you include a clause and get this in writing so if they violate this agreement, you can get your money back. At the time of our meeting, we were told there were 1 class per each grade level. 1, 2nd, 1 3rd, 1 4th, 1 5th, and 1 6th. It turned our that there were not enough students so my boys were grouped with all grade levels, depending on the day of the week. (They offer 5 days a week, 3, 4 or 2). Looking back, they offered whatever it took to get you to enroll. My boys attended 4 days. I saw, 1 supposedly credentialled teacher, and the rest were interns?? Or college grads on their way to becoming teachers (not credentialled) make sure you get this in writing in the contract. Again, Mrs. Park told me that all their teachers were credentialled and the interns or college students were aides. That was far from the truth, I asked my boys everyday who their teachers were for the day and it changed every week for my 3rd grader. My boys received worksheets, lots of worksheets during the camp and for homework. There were so many worksheets that some of the other kids' worksheet ended up in my boys' folders. I would have preferred my boys received less worksheet and more instruction. There was no instruction. The boys were simply given the worksheets to do. No followup nor were they taught how to do or why they didn't get it correct. So, so disappointing. My oldest said that the teacher would use her cell phone, texting, checking emails, who knows. He said she told the students she was grading papers. Hmmmm.... you would think she had answer sheets. My son also told me that one of the aides or teacher was mean whenever he had a question so he stopped asking him. I am writing this review almost a year later because I was very upset at that time and I just received an email from Elite to enroll for their Summer Program (kidding me). I searched for reviews and could not find any when i enrolled my boys. I hope my review will help you save your money. Elite is very expensive and you will not get what you pay for. Mrs. Park will tell you whatever you want to hear. Stay away. Stay far away. I should have known better when parents were not welcomed during drop off and pick up. We did approach Mrs. Park to let her know how disappointed we were. I hope they will see this review and change their summer program to really meet the need of the kids. I sent my boys to improve their writing and all they got were worksheets. Shame on you!

She has been working with my son since November 2025, and the progress we've seen has been truly incredible. Ms. Kathleen does an amazing job explaining her plan, how she works with the kids, and what goals they're focusing on. She really takes the time to make you feel comfortable and confident in the process. She has also given me such valuable advice as a parent, which I truly appreciate. At one point, I asked her if increasing speech therapy to twice a week would help because, as a parent, I felt his progress was slower than I expected. It's hard not to compare your child to others. Ms. Kathleen gently encouraged me to trust the process. She reminded me that he is also in OT, ABA, and daycare, and that we work with him at home -- and that too much therapy could exhaust him. I appreciated her honesty and professionalism. I'm so glad I trusted her guidance. Since then, he has made so much progress, and I couldn't be happier with the team supporting him. I truly cannot say enough great things about Ms. Kathleen. She is an amazing therapist who genuinely puts her heart into her work, and it shows in the care and dedication she gives to every child. Highly recommend
