Most importantly, I left my prescription glasses which must have fallen from my purse when I reached for my cellphone to make sure it was turned off prior to the movie. I knew they had to be left at the theater when I could not find them. I thought they would be thrown away but decided to go back and ask if they had a lost and found. A very nice young man asked if my glasses were all black and I said yes. He said, "Just a moment," and went and got my glasses and brought them back to me. I am so grateful. I found the menu but still couldnt figure out how to order so then I saw on the front of the menu, "write, raise, push" instructions. Geez Louise. So there are little pieces of paper and a pen so you write your order down and push the button on the front of your tray and someone will come get your order and then bring it to you once its done. Okay.. good thing I've read all of the books pertaining to this movie because I spent 10 - 15 minutes figuring out the menu order process. Also comes with a free bucket of popcorn for each ticket. There is a side button to turn on light but the light is pretty small and not worth using. The reclining was decent and there are plenty of cup holders for multiple drinks. Once you are ready to order, you can press on the call button. The food variety is decent, when you press call button, a person will come to take your order and payment. Food pricing can be a bit expensive depending on what you are getting. The pretzels were pretty good, you get two pieces with three types of dips. The club sandwich is pretty good.
