I went out to ask them about it mid-movie because I was sweating and everyone around me was complaining and they played dumb and said "they'd turn it down". I'm 7.5 months pregnant. Maybe be honest about issues like this before we start the movie so we could make a decision to stay or not BEFORE it starts. It's one thing to have building issues out of your control, but to not be considerate enough to say something is unacceptable.

As far as festivals go, this is definitely a good one!! I'd come back again…read more I enjoyed the outside atmosphere and they had tons of food and wine vendors. I did taste a lot of good food and some good wine - I'm not a huge sweet wine drinker and most of the wines that were there to sample were on the "too sweet" side for me. The food was really tasty though! I enjoyed the little samples mixed in with the wine. My favorite sample was the first vendor I tasted (I wish I remembered the name of the place) but they had brought chicken, pork, and ribs. I tried them all and the ribs were definitely the best. They had the 1 Cav jazz band out there playing. They were good and it absolutely went with the feel of the festival. The biggest issue I had with this is that they only gave you 5 tasting tickets for the wine... that's 1 ticket per 1oz pour on top of a $25 entrance fee. The wine vendors and the event host(s) I don't think ironed out exactly what they were going to do. Many vendors told me that I could buy more tasting tickets but this was not true. You could buy samples directly from the vendors. I think that was a bit confusing for both the guests and the vendors. They advertised a BBQ cookoff however, I didn't see one there. I'm sure they had one but I didn't see anyone cooking. Honestly, it wasn't a well planned out festival. I think perhaps next year they'll do better with some more planning, a better wine tasting plan, and some more signs or an MC or something to tell people where to go for certain events.

The staff is incredibly friendly and they were very helpful. I also thought they were pretty funny too. I enjoyed the fact that even though we were slotted for 2 hours, they don't make us feel rushed. I am very impressed with this place. They offer a 16x20 canvas, 24x36 canvas, and 2 different sizes of wood plank boards. You can add glitter/gems as an add on to your station as well. If you're trying to decide whether to get the small/larger size canvases, I felt like the 16x20 canvas was more than enough for me. I found my self having to paint over some sections again to make the paint look less translucent. I would've felt a little behind having more surface area to cover with the larger size. Oh and it's BYOB!

She was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me find exactly what I needed for our event. Her professionalism, flexibility, and willingness to help made the planning process seamless, and I truly appreciated how easy she was to work with. What really sets Freedom Fun apart, however, is the quality of their people. While setting up for our event, I suffered a very serious accident that resulted in a significant injury and severe bleeding. In those frightening moments, Isaac, DJ, and Adam immediately sprang into action. They did not hesitate for a second. Remaining remarkably calm under pressure, they took control of the situation, did everything they could to stop the bleeding, and stayed focused until emergency responders arrived. Their quick thinking, composure, and genuine concern for my well-being made all the difference during one of the scariest moments of my life. What impressed me most was not only how capable they were, but how compassionate and caring they were throughout the entire ordeal. They stayed with me, reassured me, and handled an incredibly stressful situation with maturity and professionalism far beyond their years. Freedom Fun should be extremely proud to have employees like Isaac, DJ, and Adam representing their company. Their actions demonstrated outstanding character, teamwork, selflessness, and a level of care that I will never forget. Thank you, Nina, for being so wonderful to work with, and thank you to Isaac, DJ, and Adam for stepping up when I needed help the most.
