As I was asking about this a man walked into the store, another customer who I assume was there earlier. The sale representative I was talking to must have been helping this person earlier because all of the employees in the facility looked up and he acknowledged him stating he was almost finished and would be with the man momentarily, interrupting me in the middle of my question. I repeated my question and the sales rep responded with a "eh I'm not sure" so I then thanked him and left. I sat in the parking lot on the app and found what changed my bill by $10. I re-entered the store to ask if taking this off would change my promotions that I had when I started my contract. The man at the counter without looking at my account or the promotes on my account said "it shouldn't". I understand that the employees probably work off commission. However Verizon would probably keep more customers if they put as much effort into helping the ones they already have as they do in trying to get new ones.

We just needed a basic phone. The employees were so nice. By the time we arrived at the store, there was a nationwide computer outage. We were worried for a minute that we had made a wasted trip. The employee kept checking her computer and luckily we were able to get phone service. No whistles and bells. Just a $10 sim card to put into an unlocked phone. $10/month. 1,000 minutes. 1,000 texts. 1gig. Perfect for my family member. Bonus points for a great staff.
