Soon as we turned it on none of my games worked. The error was about needing an up date. My mom did the update but the update never completed. I looked up the non update issue and found this error happens any time a disk drive is replaced. My xbox didn't need a disk drive replaced. My dad has called and the guy won't return his messages. You can call and reserve it for a couple hours if you know what movie you want but you can't get there right away. They have a prepaid card deal where you get 11 movies for $25. It's a great bargain. I also like that they have in stock a pretty good selection of foreign and independent movies. It seems pretty small but if you are looking for an older or a somewhat unknown movie, you can just ask and they can check it in their system and there's usually a good chance they have it. They do keep older movie in a different location site, but if you call and ask (and they have it), they can have it ready to be picked up the next day. The owner is very nice. It's a great local shop that deserves our support and business!

The owner Joe, really is a great guy which is why he is mentioned in every review. He's got a good little staff of employees who are always very helpful and kind. Need a movie recommendation? Give Joe several titles you've enjoyed in the past and he will come up with something you've never even heard of! You won't ever want (or need!) to use Redbox again after you see the selection this little shop has... There are several monthly plans you can subscribe to (we have 2 out at a time, about $25 per month). Only wanna rent family movies? There's a plan for you too, $4.99 per month. Oh and I mention the selection of video games? Yeah, it's extensive too! I hate to mention it, but I have to.... There's an epic xxx section complete with Girls Gone Wild and all the parodies. You're welcome. Pretty much every hit show that's ever been on television is there and when you rent a series, you get the whole series not just one or two discs at a time. Joe also takes requests and custom orders, so if you dont see something, ask! Don't feel like going out? Oh well they also deliver! The had a large selection of pre-owned games for $9.99 or less. My son was able to find the game he was looking for (he was actually able to find a pre-owned three pack that included the game he wanted for just a few dollars more than the single game). The service was super helpful. They were very kind and accommodating with my son as he explained what he was looking for and even double checked with us to make sure we were cool with his purchases.
