Our drinks were delicious and the ambiance of the room was very quiet and comfortable, no loud talking and no music. The price is a little steep but the wide selection of drinks makes up for it and it's nothing to complain about when you're treating yourself. There was only one worker making the drinks and she may have needed some help since there were a few people in line but overall she did great and made everything as ordered.

When I went through it, most of my order was missing. I called and was put on hold without being asked who I was. When she came back she said, 'I'm sorry, you still have 2 bags sitting here'. I sent them back to retrieve the 2 bags and there was still 2 items missing from the order. I was very unhappy, but decided to let it go, because gas costs more than the $2.58 I was losing. Later on I decided to look at one of the other products that I purchased 2 pkgs of, and discovered that each package only contained 1, when it was supposed to contain 3, which means I paid 3 times more for 3 times less. (I chose the 3 pk in the first place, to make shopping a little less painful for whomever got stuck doing it. I should have chosen the 1 pk). By this time, I'm feeling like a teapot ready to boil over. It was getting late and I didn't want to handle the situation entirely inappropriately, so I decided to wait until I calmed down to call the next day, about that and the other items that I had originally decided to just forget about. The next day came and I decided to take the loss, because to go back a 3rd time, I'd still be taking a loss, just not as big. I don't plan on shopping there again, not even if we're in a pinch, unless we're doing it ourselves. The way things are for us/me right now though, that probably means we just won't be shopping at the Bay City store ever again. :(

I am a young woman who is just beginning to learn how to play golf,…read moreand I was excited to receive a beginner set of Top Flite clubs purchased from Dick's Sporting Goods in Saginaw, MI on December 28th, 2024, and gifted to me on January 5th, 2025. I decided to use the clubs for the first time on March 26th, 2025. My driver cracked immediately on its very first use. I'm fairly certain that should not happen with a brand new club. The following day (March 27th), I brought the damaged driver back to the Saginaw store after speaking with multiple representatives from Dick's online support team, who assured me the issue should be covered under warranty. Unfortunately, my in store experience was incredibly disappointing. The first employee I spoke with laughed in my face, and the second was noticeably rude and dismissive. When I asked for the contact number for Top Flite for any future issues, I was told, "No, you need to come in." Whatever, I guess. I was told I would receive an update by Monday, March 31st. That call never came. I returned to the store in mid-April, which is extremely inconvenient given that it is a 30-minute drive each way and not somewhere I typically go. I was told they didn't see that any communication was sent to the company the first time, so they would once again "look into it" and follow up with me. Yet again, no one contacted me. On May 5th, I returned once more and explained I was on a time crunch, having made the trip to Saginaw specifically for this. I was assured I'd receive a call within 10-15 minutes. No one reached out until after the store had already closed for the day, when I was finally informed that the warranty claim had been denied due to "user error." I find this deeply frustrating and hard to accept, considering the driver cracked on the first use, while every other club in the set remains in perfect condition. I understand golf clubs aren't going to stay in perfect condition forever, but for a club to break after a single swing suggests poor quality and for the store/company to refuse to stand behind the product only adds to the disappointment. I finally returned to pick up the driver on May 18th, only to wait another 10 minutes while two employees focused entirely on upselling a male customer on a putter, an interaction that seemingly required the attention of both staff members. Despite multiple visits, and weeks of waiting for updates, not once did anyone acknowledge the poor communication or offer any form of apology. I do not take writing negative reviews lightly, and I genuinely wish my experience had been different. However, the repeated dismissiveness and lack of follow-through I encountered at every step made it clear that my concerns were not valued. I truly hate being that person who says "I'll never shop here again," but at this point, I won't. Whether or not golf is viewed as a "man's sport," every customer deserves to be treated with respect. This experience was not only disappointing, but also disheartening.

Asked for and was told by the manager that the discount cigarettes he was selling me, were full flavor like Marlboro and turned to Menthol if you crush the filter. He was wrong. These were the ones that changed from menthol to Stronger Menthol. I had no use for them, and he was ignorant as to his product, I returned within an hour, he lied straight to my face. Blamed the error on me, claiming I asked for them by name. So, I'm out 100 for two cartoons of cigarettes. I'm on disability, this was a hard hit to take, he should have exchanged of given store credit, it was his fault.
