Store is tiny and overcrowded. Prices are way too high for the used games they offer. They rip you off with trade ins

They always go out of their way to help in the cost of there tanning and other items ,there deals…read moreare fantastic and there service is great as well and they do have a selection of items to shop for such as t shirts and handmade items locally made. I would recommend shopping and tanning at endless summer.

[NOTE: I wrote a review for Movie Warehouse a week ago, which was posted to their previous business…read morepage. Along with that, I suggested a business edit to reflect the accurate address/location, and apparently a new page was created. Go figure. So here's a re-post of the same review which applies to THIS address/location.] Movie Warehouse is tucked in a strip mall between a liquor store and Pizza Hut. Get some booze, pizza, and movies -- you're good for the night. You can rent recent releases, older films, and video games. The collection of older films is quite small, but there's a few gems here. Mainly, I just see a lot of recent movies available. Around the shop are some used movies for sale, too. I haven't really paid attention to rental prices because I haven't paid the few times I've been here, but I heard about $3 a night. I think that's a bit high, but perhaps Redbox has me spoiled? What I find odd are the tanning beds. The tanning beds themselves aren't odd, but mixed in with a movie rental place? What? I guess you can bake a bit before grabbing a flick for a night in. I believe I saw about four or five tanning bed rooms and packages are about $20-30/month. Don't know anything beyond that. I'm more of a Redbox/movie from the library kind of person, but it's nice to have a rental place with more movie options. Plus, Monday nights are rent one, get one free. Good deal there.

This GameStop is beyond amazing. Every time I go in it's always so much fun. The employees always…read moreare super helpful and friendly and they also support insight to all of the newest and latest games. The individual who helped me out the most was a young lady with the first name Sarah. She was super cool, polite, and was highly knowledgeable about the video game content I was looking at. At the end of my visit she personally made sure I pre-ordered all the games that I wanted for this whole year. It's really cool because now I don't have to worry about buying them because I already have them reserved here. I feel like she should be getting paid more for the expert service she provided.

Massive markups, minimal/decaying merchandise selection, roaches, bedbugs, and employees that lift…read morethe merchandise before it even hits the shelves and brags to customers about buying it are but a sprinkling of why Winchester does not need this store. A female employee has also been assaulted twice at this store during evening hours, and absolutely no preventative measures have been put into place to safeguard these females. Instead, they receive more closing hours because management wouldn't work them. The store is inconsistently open at best, with an open sign on and locked doors for hours on end. Couple this with the inability to answer the phone, and it's even more of a reason to support our local shops and non-inflated retail stores. I personally witnessed the assistant manager debasing Highspeed Collectibles (which is a local business), and it was the ultimate irony due to the owner of the business being in the store. Things got awkward quickly for all of the right reasons. Family friendly is an absolute joke, and I highly recommend that nobody take their children there for game nights, unless they want grown men talking down to their kids with management standing idly by. The store was nothing more than a babysitting center for the entire summer, as loitering kids just sat in there, buying nothing and creating messes for employees and patrons alike. I was shot in the eye with a rubber band because the assistant manager was having a rubber band fight with these kids in the store, and I personally witnessed him rip off two kids completely by enticing them into a bad deal. If that wasn't going on, then they were throwing cards all over the store and harassing customers about their purchases. If anybody has had problems with their PSA grading as well, then I would highly recommend you file arbitration against this store en masse to resolve your issues because they conveniently don't tell you that you waive your rights to a civil or class action lawsuit upon card submission, nor do they provide you with a copy of the contract. This contract has changed numerous times since November 2025, and no updates were ever provided to consumers. The assistant manager has also withheld thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from individuals, when the contracted services were not provided. If anyone has bought a used system from here within the past six months and you magically got bugs, then you know exactly where they came from because I smashed one on the counter out of sheer disgust. These were also getting into multiple other pieces of merchandise that individuals were buying and taking home. As a shareholder with Vanguard and BlackRock, you can rest assured knowing that we will be questioning why we still keep you within our ETF because a single dump would spiral your stock to the single digits right now. You have had multiple opportunities to do better in this town and across the board, but you just can't get it together and don't deserve to be here. You will never beat Microsoft and Steam as an entity, and your quest for EBay was absolutely laughable. Go support places that actually deserve your business, and don't treat you as a mark like these grifters. The days of Ben and Mark running an awesome store in this town are long gone, but I would highly recommend that you go see them in Mount Sterling and Richmond.
