Once my order was finished within the next week, I did not get a cal that my order was complete. I called on the day I was told it would be ready and I was told I would have to call back over the next two days to see if it was done (and that if I didn't pick it up, they'd be out for a week and closed for spring break and I'd have to wait). Once I was able to pick up my order, I noticed they changed the specific and detailed order without contacting me beforehand for approval and they didn't seem to care that I didn't appreciate the change.

They are supposed to bring toner and other replacements parts to your office when you call for them. They take forever to bring it. When you call for any kind of service they take their time and most of them are not very friendly. I am considering breaking the contract just because I cannot get this company to do their job!
